Board and Member Meetings

Annual Meeting
The Annual meeting of all HOA members (all owner residents) is held each year in early November.  The agenda includes the election of Board officers to vacant positions for two-year terms and approval of the following year’s budget.  The meeting time is announced several weeks in advance. All homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend. For those unable to attend in person, proxies will be mailed at least two weeks before the annual meeting.

Monthly Meetings

The Board usually meets at 7:00 pm on the second Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise posted. Homeowners are encouraged to attend.

Informal Monthly Meetings
The Board will meet at 7:00 pm on the fourth Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise posted. These meetings mostly consist of open forum to address Homeowners concerns.

Committees

 

Residents with ideas for the committees are urged contact that committees chair. Those interested in starting a committee should contact the Board.

Current Management

Starting January 1st, 2016 CAP Management is responsible for the administration of the Americana.
