  1. We are looking at around $665k of updates needed in the next 5 years along with an unknown amount needed for drain stack repairs. The increase should allow us to build up the money needed in reserves to avoid larger over 1k emergency special assessments. Even with the increase well probably need to have an assessment to replace the failing chiller. The loans previously taken out and failure to raise dues incrementally are a large part of the large increase needed.

  2. That is a huge increase, it’s really going to upset a lot of people including me.
    Did it have to be that much all at once?
